Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property owners just as we expect others to respect our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a notice to remove infringing content. As an internet service provider, we can claim protection under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a claim of infringement, you must provide certain information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Information to help us locate the infringing material, including the URL;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement confirming that the complainant believes the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), civil damages may be imposed on those who knowingly provide false information in a copyright infringement notification.
Send all takedown notices through our Contact page. Use email for faster response.
Be aware that we may share your identity and information with the alleged infringer in case of a copyright infringement claim.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored.
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement confirming your belief that the material was removed due to a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.
Submit your counter notice via our Contact page. Email is preferred.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep track of DMCA notices and make an effort to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat offenders will be terminated.
